Muscular Pain In Shoulders, Discomfort In Jaws, Ears, Arms. Treatment For Pain?
Yes. I have a muscular pain on right side of body, which seems to be focused primarily in the shoulder area back abt also hav various areas ofdiscomfort as well...jaw, ear, arm and occasionnally tingling in hand mainly ring finger . Has bee with me for over a week at times with greaterintensity, other times minor. Pain can wake me at night from sleep.

generalised muscular pain, tingling sensatiom in hand and ring finger indicate some sort of myopathy or myoneuropathy
for that you should do electromyography(EMG) for affected muscles and nerve conduction velocity (NCV) testing for rt upper arm...i think these two can give clue to the diagnosis.
i dont know whether you used steroid in the past or not
you should check your blood sugar level also along with serum CPK level
for symptomatic releif you can take thiocolchicoside 8 mq thrice daily or tizanidine 2 mg thrice daily and neurobion forte capsule twice daily and hot compression over the affected area
