My 3 Month Old Got His Head Hit On The Table
so i was holding my baby brother and he was just looking around as usual and i was doing my stuff thinking he would be fine. out of no where he leans back and hit the back of his head on the table. course he cried out loud but it was less than a minute and the area he hit was red for a bit hes sleeping now all fine i was just wondering would that lead to any harm in the future such as memory loss or anything?

hello give him arnica 200 single dose if u see a swelling on his head or a bump...
dont worry it will not lead to any memory loss in future as he stopped crying and wasnt in pain..

Hi Welcome to healthcaremagic. Usually trauma to head needs emergency attention if any of the following symptoms appear after head trauma.
1. Loss of consciousness
2.any seizure activity
3.Vomitting
4.Bleeding from ear or nose.
As you have not observed any of the above symptoms I would suggest not to worry. As there are no signs of injury to brain now, any future sequelae will not be there.
