My 3 Years Old Baby Is Suffering From Fever With Cold Feet

My 3 yr. old has a high fever and his whole body is hot but his feet is ice cold. should i worry?

Consult a paediatrician to examine why your child is having fever and get treated accordingly.As for cold feet i feel it is just a compensatory mechanism to balance the body temperature and hopefully nothing to worry.But he needs treatment for fever.
