My 4.5 Years Baby Starts To Develop A Fishy Smell
I am concerned about a 4 and a half year old girl, she smells clean but as the day goes on she starts to develop a fishy smell

Consult a physician and get detailed investigation of blood and stool done to rule out any pathology. If every thing is normal and the child appears healthy, then you need not worry about it.
Bathe the child twice a day. Probably the sweat of the child must be causing that smell.
