Cardiologist 's  Response
hi well come to HCM
Pus cells 3 to 4 may not have much significant. But since 3to 4 RBCs are there
rule out Bacillary dysentry. If needed and your doctor suggest you may go for
stool culture report
Thanks good luck

Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Aashish Raghu's  Response
Welcome to Healthcare Magic
This stool report suggests findings of possible dysentry due to gastrointestinal infection. There is no mention if any parasites or cysts are seen or not. He needs to be properly hydrated and as per the discretion of his Paediatrician and his clinical findings antibiotics may be required.
