I ve got 150/90 readings both times at my GP panning between 2 months. But i ve just got myself a blood pressure monitor cuff wrist and i got a reading of around 110+/60+ on multiple tried. So.... is my monitor inaccurate or do i have white coat hypertension?...lolol i do feel funny going doctor .
is your gp still monitoring your b/p? mine did over a certain period of time i had to go fortnightly to be sure that it wasn't white coat syndrome which is quite common. make a note of your b/p readings and at what time you take it and try to do it the same time every time and take these with you next time you go i monitor mine at home but to be honest i'd go with my gp after all they are trained better than me
