My BP Is Always High. What Can I Do To Reduce It ?
I m 23 and male and my b.p. is usually 150/90s. I went to my doc and they told me don t worry about it check it once a year and that was about 8 months ago and I ve been checking it but it s always high. I m not sure if I should get a second opinion and maybe ask to be one some meds or maybe try doing something else. I m in good physical shape...just got out of the National Guard. If you could be any help or have went through this let me know, Thanks
