Your blood pressure is NOT the problem. Your
high BP is the symptom that shows you HAVE a problem... and?...
The problem is with your weight, -or to put it bluntly, your
overweight. You are
obese, and rising. If you didn't exercise so regularly you'd be getting heavier even more quickly, and heading for a short life.
Losing weight is 4 times faster by not eating as many calories than burning it off after you've consumed the calories.
Faddish diets make you fat,. so don't starve yourself. Go on a controlled diet that lets you eat and changes your
metabolism properly
Atkins,. South Beach, Glycaemic Index, are all fine, proven, and perfect. I'd do Atkins, because it's the best, but it's up to you; -I've done them all.
So, be honest, measure your calorie intake for a week, and then decide on a day and date when YOU ARE GOING TO START.
Then DO it.
P.S. You can stop taking the BP pills, because what they're actually doing is fighting what your brain is achieving to counteract your obesity. Useless, they're treating the symptom, not the cause.
