My Baby Is Having Fever And He Just Freaks Out As If Someone Scares Him

Baby is 13 months. He got the fever this afternoon. Late afternoon he was drinking his milk and of nowhere he just freaks out. You know when someone scared you, you freak out, that's how he looks like. No noise. House is quiet. It don't happen all the time but randomly. He'll be playing even with a fever then out of nowhere he'll just startle/freak out. What is wrong?

Its quite normal for the kids to just freak out when they have fever.
There is no cause for concer, the child is joyful, playing and accepting feeds.
There is nothing wrong, its likely to be due to self limiting viral fever and just requires symptomatic care to reduce the temperature.
