600 My count has gone over 600 but i am not eating anything with high sugar count i am drinking water `?
when I drink fluids i am constantly going to the bathroom and my mouth feels dry constantly any sugestions I am back to the r. in the morning

Diet is a part of Diabetic management and not the only form of treatment. Hence you will need certain medications as well which does help in your case.
