Hi, Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum.
Right Bundle Branch Block (RBBB), is a Symptomless condition but in some patients it causes fainting. It may be a sign of another underlying heart problem. This is the reason your Doctor has asked for a 2D ECHO after 3 weeks to rule out the exact cause for this. Until the cause is treated you will continue to have symptoms. Right Bundle Branch Block itself often requires no direct treatment, you'll need treatment of any underlying health condition that could cause this, such as heart disease. An ECHO will reveal your heart muscle thickness, blood flow obstruction and heart valves function. You will need symptomatic treatment for Diarrhea and pain.
