my 13 month old has fever, cough, and also a sore throat. What medicine could i give her

It seems that he having some seasonal problem.Give him plenty of liquids to drink,like soups etc.you can give paracetamol drops or syrup for fever.Pl.repeat this as per requirement up to 4 times in a day.Try giving him routine food and avoid cold drinks and heavy fat containing foods.If fever persists beyond a day or two,pl. see a doctor.
