I have been having these dizzy spells, not like spinning but more like an off balance feeling. My chest hurts and my left arm, alot of heart attack like symptoms. I have been to both the Dr. s and ER regarding these attacks and both say it may be stress, you are too young but they are ruining the quality of my life and the symptoms are always changing. I suppose if it were a heart attack, I would be gone by now but it is scary to live this way. Anyone every feel the same?
