My Child Drank Water From Bathroom, What Should I Do ?

My 18 month old son was drinking from our bathroom toilet. I m afraid he is going to get sick, because my husband recently had a bowel movement . I m wanting to know what I need to do.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Since your child has already taken that water, then if he would have got an intestinal infection then before the appearance of any symptoms we cannot start the treatment. You can only wait and watch. You can get him vaccinated for rotavirus to prevent him from recurrent diarrhea.
