My Ejaculation Lasts For 4-5 Seconds. Is This Normal ?
hi..i have really short hold time during sex. I aejaculate as soon as i enter her. its not pre mature ejaculation. I used to have good time but now i only last for 4 to 5 seconds. what should i do??

this could be because of anxiety and pressure to perform.Try deep breathing exercise,start and stop technique,means withdraw a moment you feel you are about to ejaculate,press base of glans between thumb and finger to hold more.Talk to your partner and try different positions,bye.
