My Elbow Hurts When Ever I Stretch My Arm Out ? I Need Your Help Or Suggestion.

Where my elbow is on the inside hurts when ever i stretch my arm out. Whenever it is closed together it is fine, it started to hurt yesterday. I was sleeping with my arms all bunched up together . Can you help answer my question..What is wrong with my arm?

my knockles are hurting continuosly on my lrft hand , it happened suddenly what could it be, I'm 75 and otherwise in very good health not useing any medication.

Hi,
If it has been just a day since this started, you could wait on this as it would subside on its own and is positional. However if this persists, please lemme know.
For the time being you can have any analgesic prescribed by a doctor. If you have numbness (loss or decreased sensations) along the inner side of your forearm, it's a temporary nerve injury which would cure by itself.
