My Grandpa Having A Stroke, Please Help Him

My grandpa who is 82 is having chest pains that are going up to his head .We don t have air condition right know but we do have alot of fans thruout out house.My mom is checking his blood pressure right know. What is going on ? What could this mean ? Help!
