Hello;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
The normal haemoglobin for a female is between 13-15 and at 8.2 you are suffering from anaemia.In your condition it is difficult to increase your haemoglobin by eating fruits alone and you should take iron tablets to increase.As a help you can take fruits like apple;banana;mango and vegetables like spinach which are rich sources of iron.The long periods can be due to hormonal imbalance for which get treated by a Gynaecologist.Long periods can cause anaemia and not cancer at young age.
Thanks
Hi,
Thanks for query,
You are right,your anemia is due to more blood lost during period.
Fruits or nourishing food is not going to help for quick rising of hemoglobin.
Take good brand of Iron tablet for about 3 months.
But if you dont do any thing for menorrhagia,it is of no use.
Consult gynaec and go for cause and treatment.
ok and bye.

Good Day
Your Haemoglobin is very less my dear. You must take Iron tablets. Kindly start by taking Tab.Orofer-XT once a day in the night after dinner. Take for 3 months atleast. You may eat fresh green leafy vegetables like palak, spinach which are rich in iron. Also consume nuts, soyabean, ragi more. For your periods, heavy flow may be the problem along with long duration of bleeding. For this you first need to get examined by the Gynaecologist who will correctly guide and give the right medicine. Don't worry. Eat a balanced diet. Exercise regularly. Speak to your Gynaecologist regarding this problem.
