No lol, why would he have to go to the ER? Its a little high but unless there are other signs and symptoms I should know about it sounds like he just needs to relax and eat more healthy. Is he sweaty, having a hard time breathing, is his pulse fast or slow, does he have chest pain or nausea? Go see a doctor, he might be perscribed some nitro (a vaso-dilator)
