If you had an unprotected sexual intercourse in the previous month, it is more likely that you are pregnant.
In my opinion, stress can affect your period. Besides, you need to consult a gynecologist as it seems that you have vaginitis. It will be better to take a home pregnancy test and exclude pregnancy.
