My son (20 months) had pneumonia and was in hospital for 3 days with IV antibiotics. They send us home for day 4 & 5 with oral antibiotics (Orolox) 5.5ml twice a day. Yesterday was day 4 and I forgot the evening dose. My pharmacist said that I should carry on as normal on day 5, so I gave the morning and evening dose. Should I do 1 last dose tomorrow morning? I’m so scared. Or is there something else I can do? He has no fever and seems to be getting better. We are also nebulising with Duolin every 8 hours.
