My Son Having Ear Lobe Infection

My son 7 month olb having wound in the back of the ear lobe I think its due to not drying properly after bath, its smells also and suggest me what to do ? is there any ointment

You have to maintain hygiene of your child properly.Clean the surface properly with dettol solution and dry it with clean cloth after that you can give him Merc sol 30 2 tabs 3 times in a day for 2 days.If it does not start improving within 24 yrs consult your doctor immediately to prevent spread of infection,
