My Son Says His Butt Hurts When He Has A Bowel, Please Suggest
My 3-year-old says his butt hurts when he has a bowel movement My 3-year-old says his butt hurts when he has a bowel movement and then when we wipe there is blood. I m just wondering if this is something I should take him to the doctor for or if there is something that I can do here at home to help him. I feel so bad for the little guy.

The blood can be from piles or rectal polyp. The thing you want to manage at home calls for any laxative to him to soften his stools. Amongst herbal medicines we recommend psyllium husk in milk at bed time.

you have not told about the stool .. hard or normal and colour of bllod . better to see the surgeon till then you can try sitz bath and apply xylocain jelly locally .
