My Sperm Comes Out Due To Erotic Dreams.
Hi.i am manish 15 years old.while sleeping at night often sperm comes out due to eroctic dreams.is there any way to stop this?

Dear Manish thanks for choosing health care majic.Dear is should be other way around,means if this does not happen then your not normal.For teenager of your age this kind of things are normal.See semen production in your body starts after age of puberty means you start achieving man hood.the semen either comes out during masturbation or like this.So when ever you get excited in sleep it comes out.just relax you are not having any problem.
