My Testicles Are Swollen And Hard But Painless

I am man of 25. I am having some trouble with my testicles . they are swollen and heard but painless. It get worst if i drink cold water, eat ice cream or stay in the cold for a while. For some months I am having a lack of libido. Don't know what to do. Please help me. Thank you.

Hello kawsershakil. Get the testicular ultrasound done for the diagnosis.only then treatment can be prescribed
