My Wife Has Early Diastolic In The Left Uterine Artery, Kindly Suggest

My wife is 20 weeks pregnant and in scan report all is well expect an early diastolic notching in the left uterine artery with RI of 0.72

This may result in high blood pressure later in pregnancy, growth restriction in the baby, a higher incidence of delivery before the due date, a greater need for caesarean delivery.Your wife may require frequnet checkup for her blood pressure and monitoring baby's growth.
