My Wife Having Loose Motion After Delivered A Baby, Please Advise

My wife has delivered a baby 5 days back (normal delivery) but now she is having loose motion . she is feeding the bay and baby that too is having loose motions. Please advise.

Ask her to drink lots of water (with salt, sugar and lemon ).
She should be fine . If diarrhoea continues, stools need to be examined by your pathologist.

please send details about your babys stool as mostly 5-6 motion golden yellow coloured stool are normal get stool examination of mothers stool

please mail me detail about the frequency of loose motions/day in mother & Baby ,Medicines that she is taking (some antibiotics alter the intestinal microflora that causes loose mohions) , any associated symptoms like fever , nausea etc .Adv. her to drink boiled water only.Investigate for routine stool test.
