Nabothian Follicle,bowel Gas.
Hi, In my last test I had :The uterus measures 9cm x 6cm x 5cm. The endometrial echocomplex measures 5mm. Incidental note is made of a small Nabothian follicle . OVARIES/ADNEXA: Unremarkable. Right ovary is difficult to evaluate due to overlying bowel gas but probably measures 2cm x 2cm x 2cm. Left ovary measures 2.2cm x 2.0cm x 2.5cm.

The uterous is enlarged. There are many causes of uterine enlargement one of which can be neoplastic. Consult qualified gynecologist and act on his advice.
