Nail And Thumb Clubbing. Done ECG And Echo Doppler. No Breathing Problem. Treatment?

I am from Srilanka I am 26 years old. I have nail and thumb clubbing since the age of 24. I did chest X' ECG , Eco test at the age of 24 and 26 both. No lung or heart related problems were identified. I didn't feel any breathing problem till now can i shot this problem ....have a treatment for this? pleas help me for this

This is obvious that you are confuse in such situation but sometimes it will be idiopathic menace no actual cause.
First rule out the weather it is really clubbing.Because in Ayurveda khaph prakruti people having such nail patterns.
