Im 18 years old, male. My problem is that whenever I eat fruit such as apples,watermelon,grapes and much more fruit I feel like I'm going to vomit. I wash my fruit before eating and I don't believe I have allergies to fruits because I eat canned fruits and desserts. When I eat pineapple I could eat it with no problem but that's about it. Idk of my body's just weird or it's a type of symptom? Can you help?
Every normal human being has certain food preferences and so do you. Sometimes a particular fruit may cause allergy but you seem to be having problems with more than one fruit. It can also be psychological and habit forming behavior due to the way in which you have the fruits. I would suggest you to cut the fruits into small pieces and not get vomiting thoughts while having them. You can also eat fruit salads with pineapple which will not focus your attention to any one particular fruit that causes vomiting.
