Nausea And Weakness After Meals, Bloating, Stomach Pain, Back Pain, Light Headed. Taking Vitamin Supplements. Any Ideas?

I am feeling nauseated and weak after eating most meals. I am wondering if it has anything to do with the plethora of supplements and vitamins I am taking from a naturopath. I have been having extreme bloating, stomach pain, back pain, and light headedness for a few months. I have had 3 positive occult blood tests. I have a gastroenterologist appointment on the 16th of May. But now since I am getting nauseated and weak after meals, I am wondering why! I am 23, weigh 176, 5'3" and am female.

Bloating,
stomach pain,
back pain,
nauseated after each meal,
Three occult blood tests positive.
Since, how many days, you are having these symptoms, please mention.

What is in the treatment of naturopath , this is not clear?
May be PEPTIC ulcer as all these symptoms are related to peptic ulcer.
Consultation to Gastroenterologist is very important.
Weight reduction will help.
