1month before after eating some food I vomit one time. after that I am trying to recovery. I am eating only boiled rice, boiled vegetable and meet with less spice. I feel good for few days and again I feel vomiting tendency. this happening for last one month. Few days good and again feeling vomiting tendency. Could you please give me a solution....
Nausea and vomiting after eating something for about a month needs to be investigated as follows: Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation for the possible cause like any liver disease, gastritis, lower esophageal pathology and so on and to be followed by an Upper GI Endoscopy, Barium contrast studies for esophagus, stomach and small intestines as follow-up. This will give the most probable diagnosis and also gives plan for the management. Also take a PPI like Esomeprazole. Domperidone at 8 hourly interval, needs prescription in most countries. Small frequent diet. All this help you to overcome the problems. Also get the blood tests for liver functions and ultrasonography of abdomen and treated according to the reports.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant,
General Surgeon
