Nausea, Cramps In Abdomen. Intestinal Worms?

Hi I'm a 14 year old girl 115 pounds and i woke up this morning and felt really nausios and I had a lot to eat last not so it wasn't because I didn't eat and then I are breakfast but I was still hungry and I started to get this random little cramps in my abdomen and then after lunch at school I was still hungry and at cheer practice I was really hungry but I eat normally, and I looked it up and it said something about intestinal worms, but I live in delaware and I haven't are any raw foods or anything and I'm confused
