Nausea, Daiphoresis, Elevated BP, Loose Motion. History Of Hypertension. Taking Medication. Any Ideas?

I'm 49 white male with history of hypertension. I have been having some weird symptoms lately. I develop nausea diaphoresis, elevated blood pressure, lose stools. I have had many episodes for the pass few months. I have gone to the hospital but they cannot find anything worry some they send me back home telling me that everything is okay. I take coreg, hctz, amlodipide, simvastatin, I have missed several days of work because I fell miserable. I was just wondering if this not cardiac related what could it be? Thank you

Hi, it appears to be due to the irritable bowel syndrome, or irritation of the bowels, due to amoebiasis, or some infection.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe ofloxacin, omeprazole, domperidone for few days. Thank you.
