Nausea, Dizziness, Spotting, Mood Swings, Lower Abdominal Pain, Irregular Periods. What Could Be This?

I'm 17, and having a lot of pregnancy symptoms - I feel nauseous at times, and dizzy, there's spotting, huge mood swings, and I'm not sure if this means anything but I had lower right abdominal pains the other day. I can't say about my period, because that's always irregular, but anyway I think I just had that a couple weeks ago, and shouldn't be having another one now (though I could be wrong). The thing is, I have NOT had sex. It's been close, but I repeat there has been no sex, something may have gotten on/near the opening but I highly doubt I could get pregnant from that. But why is all this happening then?

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Nausea, dizziness, lower abdominal cramp ( pain or heaviness) may be due to hyper acidity ( due to tension or stress).
Irregular menstruation, pain in the right groin region may be due to any disorder in right side ovary ( its surrounding). May be ovarian cyst.
In my opinion consult Gynaecologist and get in ultrasound of abdomen .
After consultation with Gynaecologiist take treatment .
Good luck.
