Nausea, Pain From Diaphragm To Chest, Weight Gain. Hypothyroidism, Taking Armor Thyroid. Reason?

I have been going through all kinds of tests lately and the doctors can't find out what is wrong. Symptons include: severe nausea, pain where my diafram is and goes up into my chest between my breast bone and goes all the way around to my back. Feels like this part of my body is in a vise and is being tightened and every bone and rib is being crushed. Along with these systoms are nausea, extreme fatigue, weight gain. My doctors have checked everything they can think of. I also have hypothyroidism and take Armor thyroid. I am at my wits end.

Hi, you have got nausea, pain below the breast bone, and back, feeling of being crushed. The pain appears to be the gastric hyperacidity, peptic ulcer, gall bladder problems, or hepatitis.
i advise you to consult a gastro enterologist for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
