Nausea Post Eating, Stomach Bloating, Constantly Passing Gas. Causes For Symptoms?
Hi for the past two months I have been feeling nausious after having a meal... sometimes during or before. my stomach feels bloated, contantly passing gas. I find eating crackers or bread calms the feeling. I took a pregnancy test as I thought I was pregnant but the test was negative. Now I am lost for thoughts what could this be ?
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
You are having Acid peptic disorder which is most likely cause of your discomfort and nausea is not related to pregnancy.
You may take small but frequent meals with increasing water intake.
Please visit a physician who after examination if appropriate will suggest you a Upper G.I endoscopy to know if you have any ulcers or not.
This can be treated with prescription medicines for 4 to 6 weeks.
You should also take pre biotic and probiotics to improve gut health.
In diet you can take curd and also take up regular walking and some yoga in your daily routine will help greatly .
Take care
Good Luck.
