Nearsighted, Have Long Eyeballs, Astigmatic, Got Retinal Detachment On Both Eyes. Squinting. Reason ?
Hi. I am nearsighted and I have long eyeballs. I have astigmatism in my left eye and I also got retinal detachment surgery done of both the eyes. Currently my eyes are squinting. Is it due to astigmatism? My left eye is more myopic than the right one.
My sclera is also visible. Please tell me the right option to get rid of the squint. Is LASIK a good option? If not, what else could be chosen?

hi,
your squint may be due to astigmatism and also depends on your difference in refractory error between two eyes. hence, adequate correction of refractory errors is the solution for this. this correction can be done in any one of the way including LASIK.
