Neck Injury, Weakness, Tenderness, No Concussion. Is Something Wrong?

I had a football game on tuesday and my neck hurt after because i got hit when my head was down on the line, and i felt my neck go weak for a second or two. Now today my wind pipe hurts too, when i chew, swallow, bite an apple, and when i touch it it feels tender. I dont have a concussion, i would know if i did. do i need to see a doctor?

hello dear
thanks for your query at health care magic
i understand your concern regarding pain
you might have injured your neck during the play
1. get one x ray neck ap and lateral view
2 apply hot fermentation in pain area
3 avoid starinous work , take rest.
4 if any abnormality on x ray consult doctor, you might need ct scan
