Neck Pain, Cough With Mucus. Earlier Had Fever And Chills
I have a pain on the left side of my neck that moves into the front when a push up on anything. In a wheelchair and I have to use bars and stuff to push up on. The pain has been there for a couple of weeks or so. I also have a cough with mucus in the back of my throat that won t seem to go away. It is better but it just seems to keep hanging on. I did have the infection that is going around but the fever and chills have disappeared.

u may be suffering from pharyngitis and all bronchitis. start tab XXXX 500 mg once daily for 3 days and
XXXX L C od for 5 days
Steam inhalation 3 times daily for 5 days avoid cold foods for 5 days
