hi my name is jabbar i have been shot in the head and my hand was broken and i have been cracking my back only moving to the left since i was 16 and now im 26 got shot in the head when i was 22 now i have a lot of pain in my neck and stiffness i have to crack my neck and back every 30 minutes and everyday someone atleast 150 or more have to step on my back to give me some relief and i cant lift anything heavy more than 5 to 10 pounds with my right broke hand and im right handed neither can i spead my hand

Hi,
From history it seems that due to injury there might be having osteo-artheritis in your spines giving rise to this problem.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
you may require x-ray or CT scan to find out the cause.
After investigations plan of treatment like conservative or surgery can be decided.
