hi sir i had low semen count 10bn count and low motiliy 10% so iam prescribed to take carni-q,paternia, and m-gam for 30 days.and my wife has endothermic cyst so we are trying for a baby but not happening and she is getting laproscopic surgery but after that how to conceive plz help
