The tablets and what for it as follows 1 Nimekpara its nimesulide with paracetamole for generalized bodyache , musle pain, malise (my advice to avoid nimesulide containing drug better to switch over to other drug such as ibuprofen + paracetamol [ combiflam ] ) 2 dolowin plus contains aceclofenac + paracetamol Its anti-inflammatory antipyretic drug especially used for muscle & joint pains. 3 doxophylline contains doxophylline itself use for dilatation of airways means can be used in respiratory difficulties eg difficulty in breathing etc 4 zoxan tz contains ciprofloxacin plus tinidazole use in bacterial or amoebic enteritis ( dual action ) i.e. dirrohea or desentry . used be taken two times a day after food for five days . Rest of the tablets can be taken as needed.
