Need Advice On String Hanging From Anus After Bowel Movement

im 29 years old, 135lbs and today after having a small bowle movment i saw what looked like a string hanging from my anus, it must have been 7 to 10 inches long, i have never seen anything like this before.. so i did my wiping and it broke free easy enough, there was no pain or discomfort and notihng feeds odd down there so what the heck was it??

you should start on albendazole which is an antiprotozoal treatment for the worms in your bohwel. if not treated at early stage it can lead to stomach ache and anemia as complications
