I was having screeching sound in both of my years while lying on bed for night sleep which lasted till I Got up from bed in the morning for uite some time. I ignored it. A couple of months ago The sound persisted during the day time as well. A weak ago while getting up from a garden bench after a morning brisk walk of about 5 km I felt giddy and fell off on to grass. Two days later while rising from a kneeling position I staggered backwards a few steps and fell on to a chair feeling as if every thing around me was revolving. I am in my 82nd year and have been fully active physically and mentally with regular brisk morning walks and social work for senior citzens of delhi. Can ytou please guide me for further steps ?A.N.Sood
