Need Diagnostic Explanation On The Symptoms

I have had a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy but they didnt find endometriosis but I have all the symptoms... painful ovulation, irregular heavy and painful periods that last upto 8 days, pain in my legsand back and diarrhea when i am on. Sex can also be painful and will hurt the next day. What else could it be :-( my doctor seems to have given up on me!
