Surgery is advisable for permanent cure of fissure.You can go to general surgeon or gastro surgeon.
Avoid oily,spicy and hard foods.
Take more liquid diet,avoid constipation (hard stool ) by taking stool softner at night.
You can also apply cream containing lignocaine,zinc.
