Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi there ~

First off you are not supposed to have sex for 3 days before giving the specimen. If you have done it the right way then it is good. It does seem from your semen analysis that you have a urinary tract infection or sexually transmitted disease/s. I hope you consult an andrologist or a urologist who can help suggest the right medication. I also hope that you consult a psychiatrist if you are having any problems with erection or ejaculation. I hope this helps.

Take care and have a lovely day!
