Need Information On Drugs Used Such As An Inflammatory-pain Reliever, Muscle Relaxer. Generic Names?

Good evening my name is Tina. I am working on a case study for my Anatomy class on Post Traumatic Shoulder Luxation and although I have found your website extremely helpful, I am having difficulty finding information on the drugs that could be used such as an inflammatory- pain reliever- muscle relaxer. I can not find the generic name for the dosage that may be given to the 35 yr old male whose case study I was reading. If you could give me some of your wisdom I would be forever grateful.

Medication like muscle relaxant are thicolchicoside or tolperisone and analgesic with anti-inflammatory like diclofenac sodium will help him.

Physiotherapy like USG and TENS will help to early recovery.
