Need Medication For Bump Noticed On The Nose Due To An Injury

My daughter was carrying the iPad and fell down the steps. Above her noses is a nice bump along with red marks from what looks like the headphone jack. Should I be worried about a concussion or Any other head injury? She is playing like nothing happened and really didn't cry at all.

Hello,
If she didnt have loss of conciousness , vomitting and iof she is playing then do not worry for the head injury , just wait and watch for first 24 hrs.
For the nose swelling you should get an ENT consultation done . The inside of nose needs to be examined for any collection of blood in the septum of nose , secondly for the bump at the nose there could be collection of blood so she needs to take antibiotics and anti inflammatory enzymes so that the bump does not gets infected and settles down faster.
